r.blackman consults hourly on applied AI: voice agents that actually contain calls, processes that actually get shorter, and infrastructure decisions that hold up once the demo is over. No retainers, no bloated statements of work, and no hand-off to a junior team you never meet.

## Where we come from

r.blackman is run by the same operators behind EHVAhealth and ehva.ai. Building and running AI phone systems for those products is the main business; r.blackman is that same experience offered hourly to other companies working through similar problems in voice AI, process automation, and model infrastructure.

## How engagements work

Every engagement starts with a free 20-minute call. If AI genuinely isn't the right answer to your problem, that's what you'll hear instead of a project pitch. If it is, you get scoped hourly work, typically $150–$250/hr depending on the discipline, with no obligation to keep going past the first block of hours.

Noaman has engineered alongside Ryan for over a decade, most recently leading platform and integration work at EHVAhealth. On r.blackman engagements, he covers the technical build: model infrastructure, integrations, and the engineering side of automation and agent work.
